Delroy Johnson

Delroy Johnson is a seasoned consultant specializing in blockchain technology, Bitcoin, and digital currencies. He provides strategic guidance to individuals and businesses navigating the rapidly evolving digital currency landscape, focusing on the benefits of decentralization, security, and transparency. Delroy also co-founded ReggaeJahm.com, a platform on the Hive blockchain network that connects global communities through reggae culture and digital innovation. Nick LumbrerasNicholas Lumbreras has over 20 years of agricultural farming and consulting. These crops range from hemp, cannabis, lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes to strawberries, arugula, thyme and celery. Mr. Lumbreras has also consulted large agricultural manufacturers in the Salinas Valley, “Salad Bowl of the World”, and the in the larger Central Valley, both in California. Topics ranging from irrigation practices, organic sustainable farming practices, proper use of PPE	Mr. Lumbreras is the CEO/Founder of Salinas Valley Labs, specializing in organic fertilizers, organic pest management products and microbial inoculants. The focus for Salinas Valley Labs is to produce the highest quality organic products across all markets, agriculture, park and landscape management, nurseries, greenhouses and professional sports team. Mr. Lumbreras is consulting two of the largest professional franchises in the world, one in Major League Baseball, MLB,  and the other in the National Football League, NFL. Both have raved about the success of their fields and have actively began recruiting other franchises to use Salinas Valley Lab products.Mr. Lumbreras played collegiate soccer at Sonoma State University, was a member of the United States Forest Service as a Wildland Firefighter working last as a EMT/Rappeler on a helicopter. Nicholas graduated from the University of Nevada of Reno with a focus on Environmental Remediation. Nicholas worked for the Desert Research Institute in Nevada working on projects varying from Near Shore Monitoring of Lake Tahoe, CA/NV to Alternative Cover Assessment Program, ACAP, developing covers for sensitive sites like the uranium tailing along the Colorado river. Mr. Lumbreras also worked as a research associate for the Cooperative Agriculture Extension office in Monterey County for the entomologist and hydrology advisors. Mr. Lumbreras also was the Director of Research of Development for Reforestation Technologies International, RTI, and developed and refined some of the highest quality endo-mycorrhizal inoculants in the world. Mr. Lumbreras also worked with a Spanish company to create a state of the art in-vitro clean lab for the purpose of producing large amounts of pure endo-mycorrhizal inocula. 	Mr. Lumbreras enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, river rafting, mountain biking and camping as long as they include his family and friends. Mr. Lumbreras is an avid traveler and prefers going to local hangouts of the country instead of disingenuous tourist locations. However, Mr. Lumbreras greatest joy is to be surrounded by his family and friends.

He has consulted for major agricultural manufacturers in California’s Salinas Valley and Central Valley, focusing on sustainable farming, irrigation practices, and PPE usage. As the CEO and founder of Salinas Valley Labs, Nicholas specializes in producing high-quality organic fertilizers, pest management products, and microbial inoculants, widely used across agriculture, landscaping, nurseries, and professional sports fields, including MLB and NFL franchises.

With a background in environmental remediation from the University of Nevada, Reno, Nicholas has contributed to projects on environmental monitoring and mycorrhizal inoculants through roles at the Desert Research Institute and Monterey County’s Cooperative Agriculture Extension. He also served as Director of R&D at Reforestation Technologies International, advancing inoculant development. Beyond agriculture, Nicholas is experienced in digital assets, blockchain, and land monetization, and he actively works on asset-backed trading programs involving commodities and precious resources. Maura WatsonReal Estate Agent, Treehouse Hemp Jamaica LTD PartnerMaura is originally from Boston, Massachusetts area and moved to Jamaica In 2007. She has always had a love for Jamaica since the mid 80s and started her career In thetravel business. She co owned a successful Travel Agency franchise and booked several group tours to Jamaica. From college groups to Destination wedding to incentive travel.She is still in the travel business but also in the real estate business and is licensed in USA and in Jamaica. She loves selling Jamaican properties and enjoys being able to sell clients there dream villa or beach condo. She has sold many properties from hotels, condos, villa, and land developments and has been awarded with top seller from companies she has worked with.Her other love is reggae music and she has discovered that Jamaica has so much talent that is undiscovered due to lack of funds or guidance. Safaree is a producer and was born in Jamaica. Safaree has an amazing personality and awesome talent. Safaree has agreed to be a part of this vision and will be the spokesperson and the winner will get the great privilege of being produced by Safaree. Safaree has produced many artists and one of his first major discoveries is Nicki Manaj.With the encouragement of her three children Emma 20, and twins Preston and Sydney 17 years old she has decided to take the plunge and go for it. Now licensed in both the U.S. and Jamaica, Maura thrives in real estate, specializing in Jamaican properties, including villas, beach condos, hotels, and land developments. Her passion for connecting clients with their dream properties has earned her recognition as a top seller.

Maura’s other passion lies in reggae music and discovering untapped talent. Inspired by the potential of grassroots platforms, she founded The J Factor, a global initiative to spotlight new reggae talent through online competitions, with winners receiving opportunities to work with renowned producers like Safaree, who has signed on as the project’s spokesperson.
